Eligibility & Prerequisites

Is my company large enough to be certified?

We certify organizations with a minimum of 15 full-time employees. We have specific benchmarking tracks for Boutique (15-50), Mid-Market (51-500), and Enterprise (500+) organizations to ensure you are measured against relevant peers.

Is this only for BPOs?

No. While we have a specialized track for the BPO industry due to its unique operational requirements, the CCO Standard is industry-agnostic. We actively certify companies in Banking, Fintech, Retail, Logistics, and SaaS.

Can individual departments get certified?

Yes. Large enterprises may choose to certify specific business units (e.g., "UnionBank Customer Support" or "Globe Enterprise Sales"). However, the certification will clearly state which unit received the seal to maintain transparency.

The Assessment Process

How long does the process take?

The typical timeline from registration to certification is 3 to 4 weeks.

Week 1: Setup and employee survey deployment.

Week 2: Survey period (open for 10 business days).

Week 3: Leadership Capability Brief submission.

Week 4: Data auditing, scoring, and certification delivery.

How much effort is required from my team?

We designed the CCO Assessment to be low-friction. The Leadership Capability Brief takes approximately 2 hours for your CX or HR Director to complete. The Employee Culture Survey takes approximately 15 minutes per employee.

What happens if we don't score 75%?

If you miss the passing threshold, your organization remains anonymous. We do not publish a list of companies that failed.

Instead, you receive a Gap Analysis Report highlighting exactly which pillars need improvement. You enter a "Development Phase" and are eligible for re-assessment after 6 months at a reduced rate.

Data Privacy & Security

Do you need access to our customer data?

No. We never request access to your CRM, customer contact lists, or proprietary client contracts. The CCO Assessment measures your internal capabilities and employee sentiment. We assess how you handle data, not the data itself.

Is the employee survey anonymous?

Yes. The survey is hosted on our secure third-party platform. We provide you with aggregated data reports only. No individual response can be traced back to a specific employee, ensuring honest and psychological safety for your staff.

How much does certification cost?

Pricing is tiered based on the size of your organization (number of employees surveyed). This covers the administration of the survey, the data analysis, the Gap Report, and the licensing of the CCO Seal for one year.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The assessment fee is all-inclusive. If you achieve certification, there are no additional licensing fees to use the logo on your website, email signatures, or office walls.
